Submissions in the form of extended summaries (200-500 words) are solicited.

In your summary, please state succinctly what the original contribution of your presentation is and designate to which category (A through G, or H for other categories not listed) your submission belongs. Please include full title of presentation and author information. If selected, the main speaker's full conference registration will be waived provided his/her organization is a sponsor of the conference.
