FCC Commissioner Abernathy to Discuss the Regulatory Framework for IP-Enabled Services at the MPLS 2004 International ConferenceBUSINESS WIRE September 29, 2004; McLean, Virginia Isocore today announced that FCC Commissioner Kathleen Abernathy will deliver Opening Speech at the 7th annual International Conference on Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS2004) which will take place October 17- 19, 2004 in Washington, DC.
